It"S Fitness - It"S Social - It"S Fun

A Complete Conditioning Program in a group format for all adult ages.

Training sessions are designed and instructed by our certified trainers. Each session is dived into two segments. Spinning (stationary cycling) for cardio/conditioning and the other segment a variety of body conditioning and muscle toning workouts.

Programs run for a period of six weeks with two sessions per week and are available at an introduction to fitness level and an advanced level.

  • Introductory level 1 Hr. session
  • Advanced level 1 1/2 Hr, session

Summer Youth Program

Parents, Help your children achieve.

It is a proven fact that a heathier, more confident child will apply themselves more readily to tasks such as schoolwork. They will improve sleep patterns and be more competitive in sports.

Enjoy the feeling of watching or hearing your child talk about their ability to do something they couldn't achieve before- as their fitness improves.

Bodymax is running an 8 week youth fitness program for 11 to 15 year olds from June 29th to August 24th, 2009. The programs available will include a choice of 1 on 1 training or group sessions - grouped by age and ability.

 

Sessions For Program

Individual

Are sold as packages of 5, 10, or 20. Each session is 1 hour and must be booked with instructors 1 week prior.

Group

Will be held 3 times a week. Each session at 1 1/2 hours, for a total 8-week/36 hour program.

  • Flexibility
